Why Owl Guarding Garden?

We are used to catastrophes that happen elsewhere, but when it began to sink in that the worldwide Corona Virus pandemic would affect us, we turned to each other, the famiglia. It started with Claire's hopeful post whose subject was Owl Guarding Garden. Attached was a picture of her garden with the famous owl. It started a thread that I looked forward to seeing in my inbox.
